Every time I cut cheese, it is very laborious and uneven. After using this slicer, it is easy to operate and the cheese slices cut are of uniform thickness. It is very suitable for home use and is very convenient. I highly recommend it!

I didn’t like it as much as the marble one I used to have. It seemed flimsy to me.

I did not now what I was missing using just a knife to cut my cheese. I love cheese and will munch on it through out the day. I always cut with my knife and got uneven slices all the time. I love having grilled cheese as well and will use block sliced cheese as my cheese I use. Always uneven slices. Not any more. The ease with which I cut the cheese, each one seemed to be nice smooth slices. You can do thin slices or thick slices. Super easy to clean with the stainless steel. I would recommend washing right after you are done to keep it super clean. It comes with replacement wires, and two little knives which I have not used yet. Overall a very nice addition to your kitchen.
