Cut pretty well with normal paper, but the blade is too small to cut well on something sturdy like Bristol. Likewise, it isn’t stable enough to cut magazines without slipping or wrinkling the paper. It also won’t cut smaller circles- like anything smaller than a quarter

I did not like that the instructions on the pkg are inChinese. The measurements are also off. the one inch circle is too big for my 1 inch cabachon jewelry.

I had a few issues with this paper cutter. It doesn't like to cut anything thicker than printer paper; it struggled to cut regular photo paper. It has a centering function, but the plastic is cloudy on the top and opaque except for a very small circle in the center, making it difficult to see what you're trying to cut out if it's a picture. There aren't any replacement blades and the blade is far too small to resharpen, so once it's dulled you'll be stuck buying a new one. Over all, I'd suggest a different product if you plan to use it regularly.

Perfect Circle Cutter. Would like to see a slightly better guard for the razor blade, and perhaps changeable blades. Perfect for cutting lenses for light fixtures.
