Just needed a quick dropper post cable replacement. Were available in next day delivery. These have amazing fit and finish in all aspects- slick coating, unique gold color, didn't fray using proper cable cutters, welded factory end, 2 pack = a spare. Can't imagine needing any but the shortest length except for huge frame sizes, recumbents or tandems.

This Gold color shifter cable has a coating to make it "slick" like other coated steel braided cables. Nice feature of this cable is the cut end is solder/weld to keep it from fraying when installing. When you cut the excess cable off after install you cut the solder/weld off have a cable end cremp handy.

Good quality product. Used on SRAM GX drivetrain. Wordlessly in replacing stretched cable causing shifting issues. Resolved all issues post install. Would buy again.

Seems to be a little narrower than Shimano, but worked just as well. No issues. Gold end caps look nice depending on your paint job.

I ordered this based on other reviews and it doesn't disappoint.One of the biggest issues with higher end mtb 's is the fast shifting one does climbing or flat out.The cable takes alot of abuse and the stock cable only lasted one season b4 it stretched to much.Based on on other reviews i anticipate this cable lasting 2 seasons + b4 needing to be replaced.

Cable as it is advertised. Only drawback was unlike the competitors, does not have any coatings on it. With a bit of grease solved the problem
