Order was not complete missing one of the rubber tubes and only came with half of the hardware that holds the air filter in place

The linking pipe to the bendy part is too short by about 2-3".The brackets to mount to the frame are way too far away from the body and the spacers that come with it are not long enough. Neither are the screws.
