The production is made with all quality material down to the padding. Heavy duty and is not wobbly or flimsy. Did not come with assembly instructions but I was able to put it together by looking at the picture and using a little common sense.I am 6’ foot 4†would not recommend this for anyone that is taller than that.

The quality of this is excellent it is just not to the standards I'm used to like in the gym because I am 62 so I have to use on the highest settings and it is still slightly small for me unlike the ones found at the local gym.

Just bought the item and the bottom bracket isn’t welded on straight so now you can’t even adjust the height of the bench.

Pros:- SturdyCons:- No Assembly Instructions- No Usage Instructions- Not easily useable by taller people- ExpensiveOverall, this is a solid piece of equipment, but assembly was a bit of a pain and there were absolutely NO instructions included… either for assembly, or for recommended exercises. I visited the Amazon product listing, and there is a basic assembly video posted with the photos in the listing. The video was better than nothing… but it skipped several key steps that I didn’t realize until after I had already connected other pieces together… causing me to have to go back, take things apart, and try again. For instance, the video doesn’t show you that you have to tilt the center unit at an angle to get it onto the center crossbar prior to attaching the two bolts to connect the center unit. They also failed to show you where the 2 extra plastic discs get installed (probably because they are very difficult to actually install once I figured out where they go). They could have very easily included these steps in the video, but chose not to for some reason. In the end, assembly took me about an hour.Now for using the machine. I’m about 5’10†tall and find that even at the highest setting, my waist doesn’t seem to line up well with the center cushions. I found myself having to crouch down a little bit to be comfortable. I know there are much taller people than me out there, so I’m not sure how comfortable this would be for anybody much taller than me. Aside from that, the machine is sturdy and I felt comfortable hanging from it. I never had any doubts to its ability to support my body weight… so that was a positive. Overall, I do think it is a little highly priced for what it is and would probably not order it again. Between the lack of assembly instructions, the lack of usage instructions, and the height limitations, somebody could possibly get hurt and I would not recommend the product.
