I use these for irrigation valves by cutting holes through the lower part of the bucket and running PVC in/out. They work really well and are a good bury depth (about 18") for warm-season sprinklers. The twist lid makes it easy to access the valve and to stuff insulation in for the winter. I'm using 2" valves and they fit nearly exactly inside which means the holes I cut can be very exact not requiring me to bother sealing them up on the bottom.They're a bit expensive for what they are, but are far cheaper than boxes made specifically for irrigation.

My second purchase of these EXCELLENT buckets! Needed some extras. They work awesome to empty the oil from our mobile deep fryers at the end of a fundraiser. Rated to 190 degrees and we might have pushed that number last weekend and they held up great. They also stay closed well until we dispose of the oil!

Just what I needed for Deer Feeders. Just be sure to fabricate a round metal top to lay on top of them to keep the squirrels from chewing the lids.

I'm able to store tons of Material and trims 🤔 I'm using during remodel of furniture ➡ I put unused material in these buckets and placed them in garage until I'm completed 💘 They are air tight + Easy to put together 😠I stood on them 😊 I will use later for out of season clothes and 😻 food 🤔Don't forget to buy the little moisture trapping packets ! UPDATE: Vendor reached out and refunded the purchase after learning of issues. Re-rated to 5-stars for outstanding customer service. Thank you!ORIGINAL: Absolutely leaks ALL the way around the top lid. Edge/lip attaches to bucket completely and tightly, but the lid that screws on does NOT get airtight, no matter how hard you tighten it. This was purchased FOR the airtight quality ... so it was money wasted! Don't make the same mistake I made!
