Was so excited about this product but was disappointed. The housing is made from very cheap plastic. The placement for the two buttons to operate(for safety reasons) was very uncomfortable to use. Lastly the noise produced from using the product is horrendous!! My ears were still buzzing after sporadic use for 5 minutes. I might could have overlooked all of the above, but the teeth are so small it couldn’t cut through my Birds of Paradise plant. I’m returning it and sticking to my quiet pruning shears.

Do not purchase, the product description said that a 20v battery came with the trimmer and it does not.
