I have a char griller model 5050. In two years all the oem parts rusted away rendering our propane side almost useless. This replacement set fit almost perfectly. The shields sit a little weird and the wires are VERY long but it only took 30 minutes to install and cooked our burgers beautifully. Thank you!

For a few bucks more than painted steel, definitely go with the stainless. Rust destroyed my original parts to my grill. Hopefully I get a couple more years so I can upgrade to a much larger smoker/grill but this was a great kit! The covers were a little large at the ends, but it works fine for me

My Char-Griller is about 10 years old. The internal brackets had kind of corroded away. I needed to rebuild it. This kit provided all the parts to replace the brackets inside, igniters, flame shields and burners. Everything fit very well with the exception of the flame shields which are just a hair too long to sit properly on the brackets. If you need to rebuild your grill to keep it going this is a great way to do it.

Works fantastic for my grill! Gave it a much needed face-lift. It's also nice that it comes with all the hardware. As mine was so rusted out that I couldn't reuse it.

The parts are all fine. Except the heat plates. They do not fit in my 5650 without modification. The length is correct but the edges should be somewhat tapered shorter. They should look sort of like a stubby triangle on the ends. These are flat and thus require being modified. The real aggravating thing is, you don't discover this until the end of replacing everything. You cannot get just the plates replaced, so it's a full return or nothing. And by the time you learn this, the last thing you wanna do is re-do it all again. I have some pics but the better example would be to look at a few other plates for your grill and you will see what I am talking about. The rest of the kit is great, however.

My original Char-grill, all the internal parts of the grill have rusted out, so I purchased this replacement parts for my Char-grilled. It was very easy replaced the parts with the replacement parts and my gas grill is working as designed. These replacement parts saved me the costs of having to replace my grill.

Unfortunately the delivery was missing the hanger brackets. The product is not able to be mounted without these parts.
