So if you are a DIY person this part does work, but be warned the assembly is a pain to take apart and just switch out this component, but it is the cheapest solution. The part came same day so I had my heating working faster than calling a repair person and making an appointment. I recommend having some silicone spray/WD-40, a hammer, a 1/4 hex or similar, a mini pry bar, a hand tool to looses and tighten the hex screws, and ample patience. Getting the assembly taken apart took the most time so try and do it ahead while waiting for the motor. The motor was plug and play nice and easy just remember to ground it correctly and you are golden. This motor isn't made to handle overloads like the #122 version but my 20+ year HVAC unit is scheduled for replacement anyway and I needed something as a short term solution. I used this to replace my HC21ZE122A I think the new OEM replacement is HC21ZS122, but this 121A worked and I am not complaining as it was the only one I could get shipped to me fast.

I wish I would’ve gotten the replacement gasket for the furnace that relates to the bracket for this part but that’s my fault. Part came in fast and solved the problem and the price was okay

This part was a direct replacement for the original and was easy to install, granted I'm very mechanically inclined but still feel it was very easy overall. This product arrived very fast and helped get the heater back in action immediately. Thanks for great service and providing a quality replacement part

I like DIY projects. To call a hvac service person and have them replace something you can do yourself saves you $100’s of dollars. Very important part of your furnace. I watched a YouTube video and had it installed in minutes. Quite motor and smooth start. Quality motor for $50. Thank you for having this part available.

The old one is jammed on with the blower cage but after removing and ordering a new blower cage. replaced the motor and tested without the cage it is quiet and runs well

Our furnace quit during the coldest weekend of the year and I really needed this part. It arrived ahead of schedule and worked. I am happy to have a functioning furnace for a fraction of the cost of a new furnace and as long as this keeps going along with all the other items we have proactively serviced recently, we will be fine. I am assuming it will function as other motors and hoping for the best.

No furnace guys would just replace a flu motor- wanted to replace the total furnace. Used the excuse “ could not get the flu motorâ€. IF there is nothing else with the furnace, then saved lots of $!!
