I really like the way it rides now! The RAV4 Hybrid XSE blue struts is a tad bit stiffer than the black regular on other models. It rides good with a hint of some sway when changing lanes at freeway speeds. Also, it has noticeable body roll when turning fast right or left. With the Cusco strut tower brace now installed, it seems the true potential of the blue struts unleashed. The sway is now unnoticeable changing lanes fast, and the body roll significantly reduced. You will feel the difference without even emphasizing your driving. Toyota should have installed this outright, and it would've definitely wows the Car and Driver guys with their reviews. Before buying it, some people told me it will increase performance at the expense of ride quality over uneven pavement. So I expected it to happen. But let me tell you, without bias and keeping an open mind and being honest to myself, I did not feel the difference in ride quality. Two guys who predicted it was surprised as well. It turns like an IS350 with a RAV4 ride! I am very happy with this strut bar and recommendeds it especially to those who have the XSE. Although any model configuration will surely benefit from it performance wise, just not sure if it will be the perfect blend like mine. Installation is very simple with no modifications other than removing and reinstalling the farthest strut screw and bracing a new one included in the kit. Prime models needs to remove the bracket on the left as per YouTube rs. But for hybrids and gas-only, both are complete bolt on.

No modification needed. Should've came from the factory. Now I can drive curvy road with confidence.

Fit perfectly on my RAV4 2021 XSE PrimeInstalled in less then 30 minutes, small bracket on left side needed a very easy mod.Took for a ride and noticed the difference immediately. The front end stiffness has in proved along with turning and tight cornering.I would recommend to anyone with a 5th Gen RAV4!

I was pleased when I received the item a day earlier then expected. The quality was exceptional and the bar appears to function as advertised. I think where the brackets attach to the strut could have used at least one more strut bolt but it did avoid clearance problems which were a concern of mine when ordering. All of the instructions were in Japanese so be prepared to convert Nm's to Ft lbs .
