At first I realized that I didn’t get the upper hardware with one of my front shocks. I called and they said that they would send a replacement out. That never happened. So I installed them today using the old shocks bushing and nut. After looking at the pictures, I now realize that I didn’t get shock boots either. The shocks are poor quality and the leveling blocks don’t fit correctly. I’m pretty pissed about this actually. If you can, spend your money elsewhere

I like that everything can be done in one shot. Shocks in the rear were extremely easy and the front was as expected. The leveling did throw off the alignment substantially but that’s to be expected. I would recommend this product to beginners out there. I would have liked it to be a but heavier duty than it is. Such light materials make it seem cheaply made.

Bought it sent it back cause the rear didn’t fit on my 2000 f350 nor was the front struts long enough would have ended up bottoming out on a bump I felt like so didn’t install just sent it back also treads were messed up

Didn't even make it to my next oil change. Less thank 8k miles mixed conditions from fall to spring. no trailers. Coincidence or not my 300$ ps pump blew shorty after the 1st front shock starred to leak. The spacers themselves are awesome that part of the package is functional and does dampen the the first jolt of your 3/4.

Rear shocks fit fine front shock did not reach with the spare in nor was the leveling spacer correct

Had this kit installed by a highly qualified suspension shop, but the truck bounced down the road and handled horribly like a bucking board immediately after installation. Almost lost control of truck on dry pavement. Don’t put this on a 2011 F250 Super Duty 2 WD.
