Got it e as early when I got it out of half opened box the computer was bent all up and back wouldn't stay closed parts were falling off the moniter stand was cracked so it wobbled around when you touched it it would not come on nothing works very disappointing since I needed it for a project right away so now I have to box it up and take it to the UPS store and wait for another computer to be ordered not happy and it was not in good condition like advertised it was scratched up all over and in bad condition

From the revews, it looks like you could get a bad one. I got a good one and everything works as it should. Cheap working computer I`m a happy camper. If you get a bad one send it back and get another, stop whining people.Update: I have bought 3 of these computers and put them in different areas of the house and 1 in my camper, all work well and were clean with new parts ( keyboard-mouse- internet chip) there is no sense in buying an expensive computer with these around for this price point.

This computer is great for the price! I hadn't noticed it was a 2012 model, but all the parts work, right out of the box. I hooked up some old speakers and it sounds great. The only thing I would have wished for was word to be included. Everything is clean, unmarked and visually acceptable. Its nice to have a desk top again. I've been working with laptops, tablets and my phone. It's bang for the money. So glad I bought it.

I purchased a refurbished Dell computer desk top preparing for a work from home job. I didn't need it right away, but in near future. It did not work , I called Dell.com for tech support who said by checkingvthe serial #, this computer is 10 years old and is at the end of life. This co. Should not have refurbished a 10yr old computer and sold it to anyone, I feel it was intendant fraud to me the customer. After talking to Amazon, who checked with the insurance I purchased, I was able to get into computer, it's working, but I'm still concerned with it being 10 yrs old. my comp was over 5 yrs old and started getting viruses. instead of buying an anti virus , for my birthday on oct 3 2024 i bought a new one from amazon. thinking that this one would be good for 5 years also and by that time i would be dead. i am 68 yrs old and disabled so there is not much i can do in life now so i play games on my comp and watch crime on utube. yester day my new comp stated flashing boxes coming up so fast that it took me awhile to see that i was getting viruses and being hacked. went to walmart to get an anti virus they quit selling them because going online is how its done. so i tried to buy one online but the boxes are coming and coming up and i cant get in so now i have 2 comp's that i cant use because of this problem so i am not comp literate and dont know what to do. i am so disapointed with this whole mess. cant afford to get another one that after 6 months i cant use it. this is all i have in life that i can do. maybe someone knows what to do about this. thank you and i dont even know what i need in order to get rid of virus trojans and hackers

La computadora no reconocÃa el disco duro y no procesaba y el cable que conecta el disco duro a la pantalla no servia . Obviamente pedà mi devolución .
