If the rubber hose would not have been on the real, I’m sure this product would get a five star but because the host was on the real and shipping across country, there was so much damage to the real that it took me three days I had to take it completely apart, and beat out all the wrinkles and kinks and bands to get it working properly. If I didn’t absolutely need it I would’ve sent it back and requested all of my money back and I was in so much damage.

We use this on our service trailer while we are farming. It is great for filling up our farm equipment. We use two hose reels and both of them are great! Very happy with our purchase!
