This pillow is soft but yet firm enough to do exactly what it was made to do. The center hollowed out line is perfect for relieving pain from all areas of the bottom and back. I am very impressed with the construction and feel of this donut pillow. It also has small rubber like nibs on the bottom to keep it from sliding on hard surfaces such as wood or plastic chairs. I would like to find this in a slightly larger size, but this has been working great at home and while traveling. I do recommend this donut pillow for its intended use of relieving pain.

Good quality, nice size but at only 110 lbs it wasn't too soft. Perhaps I should have had my 210 hubby use it for a while. Still good design and product.

Being a truck driver dealing with an enlarged prostate , it was becoming unbearable to drive with the pain , this really helped take the pressure off and keep me working , I’m 200lbs and the cushion handles well it’s firm but comfortable

Very comfortable nice pillow. What I like most about it is that it won't move not just on fabric but also on leather. I use it on my leather office chair and it stays put. Thank you for this quality and well thought through product.

I was so happy to purchase this product. I had been suffering for months with an inflamed tailbone / coccyx and my physiotherapist said I should try this tailored cushion. After a few weeks, the pain disappeared and has not returned.So happy to have found this product on Amazon

I am using it for more than 10 months .Product quality is fine and still working fine without any air leakage . apart from quality this method of cervical traction is really helpful for cervical corrections and pain relief . i shown it to my physio therapist and he suggested that medically it may serve the purpose and harmless.

no notice no mention in description that they don't have a canadian return center here and their label only works for the US. i am contacting my CC to protest the charge since i figure i am being taken advantage of
