This looked and acted just like the ones at the local part store but was MUCH lower cost. It arrived on time and works great!

Fit perfectly in my old Tahoe's driver door. Works like a charm. Fast and powerful. My original actuator was hit or miss and now my power locks are back! The part is not as heavy duty as the original, but for less than $24 (GM original is over $200) I am very happy! You're going to bust up your knuckles a little bit taking the old one out, but it is very doable. It's only been on for a couple days but seems like it's going to last.

The left driver's door lock started working sporadically with the remote. I ordered this one, and it was a perfect fit! Plug and play. Works like a charm.

My Silverado was periodically activating the alarm. I also noticed that when I got out, the radio stayed on. I did some research and figured out that this part was most likely the culprit. I got this part and it solved the problem. It wasn't terribly hard to replace but does require some mechanical ability. I will see how long it lasts.

I bought this to resolve a power unlock failure in my 2001 Chevy Suburban 1500 LT driver front door lock. My vehicle has a remote/keyless entry which would only lock but not unlock. This actuator was easy to install in under an hour after watching a couple of videos online. My vehicle required a T30 Torx bit. But replacing this part didn't solve my problem. After troubleshooting further, it turned out to be a failure of a relay (DRIVER UNLOCK) in the fuse compartment in the driver side of the dashboard. But this new part works just fine and is a great price.

OK...I bought a Escalade EXT and its got a bunch of stupid issues.. The one that was a pain was i had to reach over and open passenger door to shut off radio and cluster after shutting car off...Everything else worked fine so I was really unsure.. Then I found this on amazon for $25 and said screw it.It was not a easy swap... You must be pretty knowledgeable..I can give the steps... remove door panel.. go staright to the rod on inner door handle remove, then inside door for inner handle... rod sticks down to a yellow clip... clip opens up... remove the 3 plugs and pop out the wiring harness. Then you can use the torx and remove the 3bolts for latch....now lay it on the ground with the 3 rods still connected, lay the new latch down and take one rod off at a time putting onto new one...once done... slide it into position put on bolt in to hold it.. connect 3 plugs back in (this is tough, just be patient and have a flashlight) now connect the outside door rod and inside door rod...snap lock/unlock rod back into place.. tighten the 3 torx bolts.... put door panel back on...Make sure passenger door is unlocked/open just in case you messed something up...I finished this install in about 30m with no prior knowledge... I was super nervous but now its done and I couldn't be happier...This item works perfectly.... If you have a issue where the door wont unlock from fob, or like me it wont shut off accessories... This is your fix... Good Luck!!
