It's a good little press if you can find a drill that fits it...had to send it back, but it would have been functional.

For the price it's fantastic! Very sturdy structure. I'm not using it as a drill press more for heat insert pressing. And it works great for my needed purpose. Don't hesitate to buy!

This product was ordered for a friend. Turns out you really do need an electric drill and not a battery powered drill that fits the holder. (they really should specify that better in the ad) I happened to have a Walmart Hypertough 3/8", 6 amp electric drill (The kind with an electric cord) that fit the holder. It wont take a 1/2". We did some searching and found one at Walmart (which is where I got mine and where they sell hypertough tools) for about $20 and it works fine. He is pleased with the results. Beyond that the product arrived on time and in excellent condition.

Good concept, but too small for most drills. The shank doesn't fit. Not for DeWalt

This drill press is decent quality, but you'll be hard pressed to actually find a drill that fits in it. The provided mounting clamps are very small. For comparison, one of the photos show this next to a DeWalt handle. The DeWalt handle's circle is the size of the drills collar. For DeWalt, that size is much much larger than this press'.If you can find something to for this, this is a nice setup; there is nothing wrong with it by itself. If you can't find something to use with it, however, it is kind of useless. Make sure to measure your tools first.
