Easy to install. Worked as described. Don't quite know how but just know it does. Would order again if needed. It is not heavy duty. The gate it was put on was not heavy duty, 42 in wide, but light weight.

Not a lot to say about this other than that it works as advertised. It's been in place for a year now with no issues and no sags.

All in all, these are easy to install and very versatile for different size gates. The only issue I had was the cable is plastic coated. I was adjusting one gate when the cable let loose. Turns out the cable clamp was only cutting through the plastic coating and basically stripped. I retightened the clamp on the stripped cable and all was good. I wished the screws were flathead and recessed since I had to route the hing end of the post to accept the large protruding screw heads. I’m not rating based on longevity since they’ve only been installed since early August 2024.

I found the directions that were given to be straightforward and simple to understand, and they led me through each stage of the procedure. I was able to secure the anti-sag support wires in place in a short amount of time, and I could immediately feel the difference in the gate's capability to maintain its stability. The durability of this kit is one of the most notable attributes that it has. Zinc and steel of the highest quality are used in its construction, and it is designed to endure the effects of the environment as well as the demands of regular usage. I am filled with self-assurance on account of the fact that my gate is now fitted with dependable support that is capable of withstanding the test of time, even in tough outside situations. However, the efficiency of this package in avoiding gate sagging is arguably the most astounding element of this product. Following the installation of the anti-sag support wires, I have seen a notable improvement in the gate's alignment as well as its operation. The fact that it opens and shuts without any dragging or sticking is a significant benefit that offers additional convenience and peace of mind.

This kit worked but was small, and the plastic/rubber sleeve doesn't work well when tightening so it had to be removed in the section near the clamp as it tore and slipped when tightened

This is a complete POS. Tried it 3 times and each time one side or the other gave out pulling the plastic. Look elsewhere!! Doesn’t work at all!
