This is a strong, well built swivel hanger on a hinged ceiling mount, with 3 inch lag bolts and concrete mollies for flexible mounting options. The kit even comes with a locking carabiner for attaching your yoga silk, sling, hammock chair or swing (etc; you can hang almost anything from this). The carabiner is slightly stiff but the swivel turns smoothly and feels really well made. Great deal!

It's a relatively simple design, but it's extremely heavy duty. Simple is good for something like this. I have complete confidence in it.

These mounts are well made and heavy!Has a multitude of uses other than a porch swing. Have used these to hang a small deer prior to butchering and they are very handy as there are times I have to hang heavy items.5 stars
