Yes, it looks like all the others. But EWK makes good products, so I went with this Magnetic telescope tool. It does exactly as it is advertised; I dropped a few heavy things in my E70 X5's engine bay. All of the things were too heavy for a store-bought magnet, and all large magnets at auto parts stores were too large to fit in the engine bay. The EWK tool however was able to pickup everything, large & heavy to small and tiny.

I love these! I pack on in my sol tin as an emergency telescoping rod for my tiny fishing kit. It’s a bit fragile, but I still caught a small crappie and two pan fish with my last ditch kit. I can fish without it, but it did work!

I got these for my husband because he's always dropping tools in the engine and they've been great they hold pretty well that's a pretty strong magnetic grip you just have to be careful when you're pulling it back up you don't knock it off because they are kind of small but that's good for small spaces

This magnetic pick-up tool is very handy. I'm always dropping a nut or bolt down into some dark area of the engine compartment. This tool makes retrieving that fastener an easy task. The telescopic handle provides plenty of reach to get to most areas within a typical engine compartment. The magnet is strong enough that in most cases, as long as you are close to a loose fastener, it will be drawn to the magnet and attach to it. I will be buying a second one of these for my mobile toolbox. Recommend.
