This set is so nice, it lays down incredibly and blends so nicely. The value of the pencils for the price. I would buy again.

I have been happy with them so far. I thought that because they were fairly hard I would be able to sharpen them with a regular pencil sharpener, and I was not able to do that, but I couldn't do it with other brands either, so maybe it is the sharpener that I have. I have been just sharpening them using a pocket knife, and that seems to work fine. Overall they are good pencils with a nice selection of colors.

As a coloured pencil artist, I wanted to experiment with Pastel pencils. As I already use Faber-Castell Polychromos coloured pencils, it was a no brainer for me to try their pastel pencils. They were also recommended by several professional artists.They are soft and easy to work with and blend. What more can you say?I very much recommend them!
