This is great. I got it for Christmas and already made a batch of ravis. I'm new to ravioli making, so they aren't perfect but this ravioli press made really lovely ravis. I know that many typical Italian ravis are square, but I love the round bubble raviolis that this press makes. The image is of the raviolis I made with the press you can see the size and shape. The edges are sharp enough to cut through dough but not so sharp that you will cut yourself. The handle is sturdy as well. I recommend this product especially to beginners like myself as the price is very low but the quality is great.

This stamp produced perfect red ravioli hearts for Valentine's Day. I made the red pasta with beet juice and red wine, eggs and "00" flour. Then filled with ricotta/swiss chard and stamped the raviolis with this stamp. It was a simple and easy process. The appliance sealed and cut each ravioli.

Nothing is more irritating than looking for one of these and then reading some people saying it does cut and some saying it doesn't.. well I'm here to tell you it does, maybe the others didn't put enough effort into it or maybe the dough was too think. I roll my out as thing as possible when I make mine. I guess its my fault for not reading the dimensions but it is smaller than what I was expecting but not a big deal

I wanted to make some bigger ravioli than I could with the current press that I have. I know ravioli can be made by hand and using a knife and fork to crimp the edges.However, this little kitchen gadget is great for what I wanted to do. Plus, no more will it be a case of cutting out then double checking to make are the edges are crimped. It does a good job of crimping. As it is a larger size, I might try using it for a form of dumpling.

This is for my husband from the dogs for Father's day. We make our own pasta and sometimes the ravs do not seal as they should so i am hoping this stamper will do the trick. I will tell you, it is made well. It is very very sturdy from the wood handle to the metal stamp. It seems like it won't move, twist or collapse. I can't wait to try it and it is "killing" me waiting to hold onto this for so long!!I will update after we use it.

Es un gran "sello" para ravioles. Recomiendo cortar con fuerza para obtener bordes limpios en la pasta. Es un poco mas grande de como lo esperaba pero esta muy bien hecho. Hecho en taiwan.

I found the price to be reasonable. This is a good sturdy tool. It is nicely shaped and a good size. It seems like a tool that will last a long time.

Reasonable price for this. Worked great for the past that I was making. Not sure I would put it in the dishwasher as it is wood and cast aluminum or some other lightweight metal. Now all I need is a pasta roller!

Genial para mis ravioles caseros,Buena calidad y buen precio lo recomiendo siempre y cuando no sean muchos de familia porque hacer mucha cantidad se puede tornar un poco tedioso
