I purchased this for a Christmas present for my grandson. This is a great product. My grandson finds it very useful. He said that the gripping of the fish stabilizes it enough to quickly remove the hook from it's mouth. He loves it! Fishing has been his hobby for a few years now. This grandma loves to find useful and unique gifts for him.

I wasn't sure to expect when I got them though they might be cheap flimsy material but they are actually tougher metal so they are durable

I love fishing especially with my grandson but I'm not crazy about grabbing the fish to take it off the hook. This handy dandy little tool makes it easier and a little less yucky.....lol. They are easy to use and they seem to be made pretty sturdy. Definitely worth it.

This was a great item for our Florida vacation. We catch a lot of hard head catfish on the gulf coast, This gripper was an awesome tool in keeping my children and myself safe from the spines and clean from the slime of these catfish. Definitely would recommend to others.

These work very well to hold onto a fish while removing the hook.You will be able to safely remove a hook without getting the hook in your hand.Would recommend these.
