I bought this to put in my new salt grinder which I also bought so I did not use the grinder part. It was cheaper than just buying the salt. Really like it. Grinds up good.

Contrary to what other reviewers say, this is adjustable. Pull the cap up for a coarse grind and push it down for a finer grind. The directions are written on the label.The stay-fresh lid does have a tab on it to make removing it easier.I'm afraid I have to disagree that it isn't refillable. If you can open the cap, you can refill it with the salt of your choice.
