Included: Vent Drain Fitting, Mounting Screws, Exhaust Blower Gasket, Wire Harness Adapter and Instructions. Does not include the pressure switches but it has the mounting holes for them. This kit is designed to replace the exhaust blower on the N9MP1, N9MP2, *9MPD, *9MPT and *9MPV series gas furnaces. Motor Specifications:

Installed on a Heil H9MPD; it fits perfectly and works great. I replaced the pressure switch first because the error message indicated that it was the problem but that didn’t resolve the issue. I left the new pressure switch installed along with the new motor which solved the problem. The motor came with screws, gasket, wire connector/adapter, clamp coupling and instructions! The product arrived quickly and well packed.

Easy to install! Took about 30 minutes. Longest part was removing the adhesive from the old gasket. Runs great and is very quiet.

My Comfortmaker heater (10yr old) quit kicking on. The fan would blow when I turned the thermostat to ON, so knew it wasn’t the fan blower motor. I was able to smell this part on my heater, it smelled like burnt rubber. Anyway I thought I’d give it a shot based on the reviews. Very fast shipping and it literally took me 10 minutes and a flat head screwdriver. I’m up and running. I checked today at a wholesale parts place and the similar part was $181. I feel I got a great price and for once I was able fix something without having to call a professional, which charges $85 just to diagnose.

This blower/motor is a perfect fit!! I ordered one off e*ay that wasn't even the right part---returned that one and ordered this one. Very easy install it only took about 10 minutes. Great product!!!!

The only problem I had was one of the four mounting holes was stripped out. This mounts into a plastic housing and the holes can strip easily. The other three holes were all solid. The Inductor has been working now for about three weeks no problem.

Had it professionally installed so I don’t know how easy it was to do so. It wasn’t such a bad price considering it would have been much more through the company installing it. Which made sure I ordered the correct one. However it is really noisy it sounds like a loud truck is coming past my house on every floor every time it starts up and then runs in the driveway the entire time it’s on it sounds like I can even here it outside in the exhaust pipes but there I can here more of the motor running itself echoing through the PVC. Kind of annoying to a person who is sensitive to constant noises like the buzzing of electricity is but way worse.

I received part as it explained in description. I was quality inspector for many years. I can say part is great from visual quality perspective. I installed the part with out any issue. installation done easy and quick. functionality is good also. no noise or functional error.installation kit including seal, bolts (screws) and pipe connection were fit and match also.I give 5 of 5 to this product.

I received the unit very quickly. It was identical to the original unit and remove and install was very easy on my furnace. While it worked very well, it was extremely noisy. I would rat the noise at probably 8 out of 10.I contacted the seller LFZ who responded immediately. I requested permission to attempt to foil the problem without affecting warranty and they agreed. Turned out there was a large amount of moulding flash that was never cleaned off during assembly. Cleaned that up and reassembled and unit is now very quiet. Would not hesitate to purchase this again, especially now that I know how to inspect it for this issue. Big shout-out th LHZ for their cooperation and response.Larry
