I am so glad I found this on Amazon. My daughter broke her antenna in the drive through car wash. I was nervous about trying to replace it. Her motor casing was damaged by another incident, so I had to disconnect the whole thing from her car, but once I got the antenna threaded in and the unit remounted, it has worked like a charm with no issues so far.

Perfect, perfect, perfect...even more so because my husband, who is an auto body tech, was certain that I could not install this myself in my '04 Hyundai. Well, one YouTube video later, he was wrong. :)

This is the TRUE replacement antenna I needed for my 2004 Sonata. Our mechanic put it in & my radio works perfect, when I do use it. (ipod used most of the time!).
