Very impressed with the quality of this ruler! It makes tearing sublimation paper a breeze. It's metal and the edges are sharp, and it's 12 inches. I highly recommend it. (BTW, the water pen could be useful for heavier paper maybe, but you won't need it for sublimation paper. It is not a quality item but does do the job.)

Yes, shame on me for not reading the full description! Two pieces is ONE ruler (even though there are two in the image) plus a "water pen". For this price I thought I was receiving two rulers, one to share with my daughter.Have only used on lighter weight paper so far, and if I tear carefully it makes a good torn edge, but not as detailed as the one edge implies you can. My guess is that side won't work as well with heavier weight card stock.

I ordered to do deckle edges on paper. easy to use and the slot in the middle will do a smoother edge then to two outer edges thus more variety. Sturdy metal

I used it for the first time and my picture came out looking old and vintage, which was the original concept. I love this new ruler that I've added to my craft station.

This is exactly what I was hoping for plus it is 2 tears in 1 tool! No clue what the pen was that came with it though, no instructions maybe it was a freebie? Hung it on my pegboard right away and shared it to my group.
