I initially had some trouble with the S/W setup. The physical installation is easy once you find the line side switch. I did have one switch die prematurely. I had some trouble setting up the 2nd switch. They replaced both switches. The setup problem turned out to be me trying to use on a light with 4 switches. This requires 4way switches and this device doesn't work properly if there are 4way switches in the circuit. So it was really user error. They worked closely with me to figure this out and they were prompt and polite in our debug conversation. When installed with a light with 2 switches, the only configuration they support, the switch setup and operates smoothly and easily.

Love these switches. Great product at a good price. I have replaced 15 switches in my home with the Gosund switches. Easy to wire and program. They work great with the Alexa app and setting up the routines is pretty simple.

Switch works well and is easy to setup. Hooled up for my porch light and setup a schedule so it can auto shut off. It works well. I have no complaints. It works well with Alexa personal assistant.

I have a lot of Gosund plugs and light switches. Both of these new ones had issue randomly with the physical button. Cycling power at breaker box reset them. Otherwise have worked. Compatible with Gosund app. Look just like Gosund except the power on light is green rather than red.

I bought and received a 2 pack of the 3-way dimmer switch (SW-17) in January of 2025. I bought this switch because it had the same appearance as all of my Gosund switches that I have installed, but Gosund does not sell a 3-way dimmer. I installed one of the switches within a week of receipt and it worked fine, manually and with Alexa. Now in the first week of March, the switch no longer works manually. I pulled the switch and all of the connections were tight. I replaced the switch with the second one from the pack and it works fine, both manually and with Alexa. Hopefully, it will last more than the 2 months that the 1st switch provided. I couldn't find any warranty information for the product and it is now beyond the return period.

I’ve spent so much money over the years fighting through Leviton switches and Hubs with subscription fees. I’m not sure why I didn’t find these sooner - wiring is just as easy as any other switch but the instructions that come with these are easier to read and follow. Programming on the app is almost so intuitive that you don’t need any instructions. Best of all??? No Hub or subscription required and works seamlessly with Alexa!
