Nice vane, smaller scale for a smaller building. Spins with the slightest breeze. Caution when assembling, don't be a gorilla when tightening screws, you're working with brass and it is soft. I love it, look at it everyday when I fetch the eggs.

My rooster weather vane just arrived on time and it's gorgeous. Fine workmanship from a family-owned business for 35 years.I recommend this company's product unreservedly. The entire kit was contained within another box and all parts were boxed separately inside it.I can see how a guy could go broke real quick collecting these works of art, but I don't want my roofline to look gaudy.Still, that porpoise one sure looked tempting.

This was the perfect scale weather vane for our chicken coop. It’s so beautiful turning with the wind. I would highly recommend this product. I also really liked that this one came with the mounting bracket.

We purchased this as our "Copper Anniversary" wedding gift to ourselves. We installed it on top of the gazebo that surrounds our hot tub and the size is perfect. We live in a Farmhouse Victorian house with copper accents and this Rooster was the ideal choice! Over the last month it is starting to develop a nice patina.

Great product. If you're buying this, you do not have to get the adjustable roof mount--it comes with it! We foolishly ordered one at the same time because the website said "people who buy this usually also buy..." So we assumed it wasn't part of the product. It is. Don't buy an extra one unless you want an extra one.

I also found screws to fasten wrong. A 1/4 turn of each screw to secure the stem to the roof mount...wrong! Stripped out. I have a garage full of assorted screws and easily found the 2 right thread/size screws. I also had the set screw collar the rooster part sits on strip out after a simple tighten. The collar depth does not allow enough thread depth to be reliable. I had to find an oversized screw and force it on.The arrow tail fins were bent but everything else was damage free. It looks nice enough and I do like the heavy gauge compass letters but I would not order again. It is substantially overpriced and priced dropped $5 the day after my order. Not too sure about how well the vane moves to show accurate wind direction? Waiting on a windy day.
