This tool was very nice while it lasted. It helped my mother, who has arthritis, pick up beads. Suddenly, the part with the claws fell out of the casing, as did the spring and plunger. I couldn't get it put back together. We bought two of these and the same thing happened to both. I would not recommend getting this product.

As someone with a plethora of piercings, this makes life so much easier when I want to take them out and clean them OR change the jewelry entirely.As someone who sucks at changing them without it, this tool has become a necessity.

The product I got was bent at the ends and couldn't hold any type of jewelry and even when I put a piece in it would enclose the ball so I wasn't able to attach it to the other half.
