great for the price! i work at a dealership and use this everyday and have now for about 5 months. i use it with my battery powered milwaukee 3/8 impact and it holds up fine. also have put a lot of torque on it with a ratchet without any problems. it is night and day difference from the old universal style swivel because it doesn't bind

I guess if u buy cheap, u will get cheap. The friction ball is so loose that when i insert any socket it just drops by the weight of the socket. No other universal socket i owned has ever done this. It irritates me so much that i just threw it away.

I accidentally bought the locking pin style. It's garbage. It won't hold any socket I have.
