My solenoid went out in my riding mower and I needed a replacement. I found this one at a great price and it was super easy to install. Of course, it is typically just a couple nuts to take off and connect everything bak up. Perfectly satisfied with this part and the price was right too.

The original solenoid failed after about 150 hours of engine operation, so I estimate about 75-100 operations. The new one worked perfectly and was identical in fit to the OEM version.I will update my review if the replacement fails sooner than the original.

My John Deere D170 mower would no crank/no start after 400hrs on the nose. Battery was fine. So I gambled on just the solenoid. The mower is back to working and I think I did it all in about 15 min.All 10mm nuts for this one which was nice.

Was not comparable because of the cable lugs being much smaller to the original. I returned it for a refund.
