These bags are great. We buy hamburger in 10lbs tubes and break it down into 1lbs packs. It saves us money and you can't complain about that. They work great for storing vegetables from the garden as well. They seal great and last a very long time.

I ordered two rolls 8"x50'. When took the rolls out of the box one was noticeably smaller than the other so I didn't get 100 feet. However, this is more than I'm ever going to use so I'll just keep it but thought it was worth mentioning. The cores are the same size, so that's not the issue. I did a test drive. I did an empty bag and it sealed but still had air. I wondered if if twas because it was empty so tried a little bigger bag with some rice and it vacuumed nicely. Other reviews are saying it doesn't hold a vacuum over time so I guess we'll see. Wish I hadn't immediately cut it open and dumped the rice out! Im using with with a Seal a Meal machine. And the plastic is really thin, think store-brand sandwich bags. It says it's safe to boil but I wouldn't try it.

These sealing bags work very well with my "Four Uncles" sealing machine. (Very happy with that also, after at first having an inferior product of theirs. They listened to suggestions & sent me a new & actually MUCH IMPROVED unit!)This is actually a roll of sealing product, which you cut off to the length you want, thus it is much more economical to use.I consider the quality just as good as the brand name stuff which is much more expensive, especially when one buys the individually sized bags. I like having it in a continuous roll & then able to cut to size.

Veteran vacuum sealers-this product did NOT seal consistently no matter our adjustments, rolls had creases/wrinkles that may have prevented sealing, frustratingly-if the bag did finally manage to seal after multiple attempts-air ultimately entered the bag during freezer storage, we threw away the whole 2nd roll and bought a different brand

si la publicación aclarara que son delgadas no las habia comprado, al sellarla de tan delgada se corta y no deja hacer el vacÃo. Lo triste usé un rollo como regresarlas . Defnitivamente no las recomiendo. con un poco mas gruesas estarian muy bien. que quiten un rollo no importa pero un poco mas gruesas.
