I was looking for a telephoto zoom lens for my Nikon D500 camera, after some searching I decided to get the Nikon AF-P 70-300mm DX VR because of it's high image quality and compact size, I found one in "Like New" condition on MPB, but the lens came without a hood, so I started looking for an HB-77 hood, and found this one.PROS:- Fits perfectly.- Great finish and quality.- You can put it reversed for storing.CONS:- None at the moment.As for durability, only time will tell. All in all looks like a good value for money.

A perfect fit for my Nikon D5600 with the 70-300mm lens on. Goes on and comes off super quick and easy, and can get the lens cap on and off easily too. So glad I purchased!

Fits perfectly and seems like a quality item. Definitely helps a bit with glare when I’m shooting in full sun - like a baseball cap for your camera lens. Doesn’t interfere with screw on filters or lens cap, doesn’t create a vignette effect in your photos. Exactly what I wanted it to be.

I have an AF-P Nikkor 70-300mm 1:4.5-5.6E lens and I hoped this would fit. It does not. It is too small. Apparently there is a size difference between my lens and the same lens in the 4.5-6.3 aperture. Just a heads up for those with my lens. I eventually found that the HB-82 is the right one.
