My last deflector cracked so I needed a replacement. I’ve been using this for over a month now and it seems to work fine. Food cooked on the kimono grill comes out just as expected.

It works just like a pampered chef pan, but when you warm it up in the oven, it stinks. There's no instructions on oiling or seasoning it, so I just put food on it & started cooking. I never had that issue with the PC one. We cook everything from chicken nuggets, frozen pizzas & egg rolls on this. It's literally our all in one pan. The only reason I bought this, is bc my husband tried to wash my PC pan when it was too hot still & it broke right in half. 😠I couldn't justify spending $100 on a pan, but now.... maybe....
