No more fighting the little guy who ignored anything I said while on a walk. Even a faintest correction is now noticed and remembered. Great product. Quality product. I used this brand for all my working dogs throughout my life, but never thought I can use it as effectively on a small dog.

I have a Cairn Terrier pup,,, she pretty much does what she wants, when we are out in a public setting,,, like in the farm supply store, even though she has been trained to behave properly ! It takes a bit,, to get the collar on,,, and resting in the proper position on her neck. She learned quickly, after her frst try at this collar, that to stay comfortable, she must not pull on the leash, or jump around ! When she is wearing her collar, she slowly walks along beside me at heal, and behaves beautifully ! This is the ideal collar,,, for a bullheaded dog, and it is not painful, as long as the dog is not putting pressure on the leash, by calmly staying at your side ! I wish I had giving one of these collars a try years ago with some of my other dogs !

My dog walked okay on a loose leash before and understood leash pressure on her martingale. She still had a tendency to walk ahead of me and was starting to ignore the small leash corrections i was giving, causing me to have to give harsher and late corrections. Thats why i decided she was ready for a prong.I introduced it to her and she didnt seem to mind wearing it at all. She checked herself once, trying to lunge for some freeroaming dogs and didnt have a problem after that. She sat instead of trying to run circles around me. Gave me the opportunity to diffuse the situation, the other dogs sat and we were on our way. Shes also keeping me in her peripherals and not a foot in front of me anymore. Beautiful. I dont know if it was 100% the collar, or the confidence that the collar gave ME. Just kep walking, dont stop for the dog, you lead them, stop to give them breaks too, on your terms.Herm Srengers are the ONLY way to go regarding prong collars. For ACCURATE communication with your dog, get this collar. The dog understands this stim compared to other prongs that all pull and twist in one direction around the neck. This collar is SAFE and EFFECTIVE.I watched a lot of Tom Davis on youtube...

Beautiful prong collar!!! I was little worried because im using it for a frenchie ( yes tiny ,but very stubborn when other dogs are around) So i was wondering if i will ever find a small enough prong . Well this is it!! It's perfect size and she absolutely loves it. I know some people think they are cruel, but I've used it on all my dogs and it is a game changer. I don't even have to make any corrections after our first walk with it. Extremely happy with the product. Great quality too and very shiny.

It worked better than all the other collars out there to train your pet (dog) to walk with a leash, it does NOT harm my minpin, after 3 days he was walking without pulling GREAT

At first I was skeptical about the good reviews of this product. I was amazed how it transformed my unruly 2 year old Miniature Pinscher. I got him from craigslist for free and didn't know how he was trained by the previous owner. Apparently the previous owner didn't have time to walk him outside as he works long hours during the night and sleeps mostly during the day. The first time we walked outside, he turned into a maniac running here and there. Never stayed on the walkway. Kept pulling me that my hand hurt after the walk. Also, whenever he's near with other dogs, he barks and wants to start a fight. So embarrassing. Then I saw this online and bought it. To my astonishment and delight, this transformed him into the most obedient dog I want him to be. Not minutes but in seconds (I'm not kidding folks). I heard him yelp the first time he tried to pull me, but he learned it fast. Whenever he tried to go ahead of me and feel the "prong pinch", he backs off and give me the stare like he's sorry (haha). Now my mother-in-law is willing to walk him everyday.

The collar is light weight but still effective. I have a large dog and this collar helps to control the pulling.

Must have training aid for a 25 lb Miniature American Shepherd that used to pull. But do not use it for direct corrections. Used properly, your dog will "self-correct" as they pull. Do not pull yourself or jerk them or you could injure them. And be careful if your dog sees a squirrel or another dog they must chase, without remembering that they have the prong collar on. Just watch youtube videos to learn the proper use of the collar, and be mindful and responsible, and there is no better training aid for pulling. Our dog walks beside us now no problem.

If used properly this is the most humane training tool. Though it looks like an ancient torture device, me(I'm a Dog trainer) and my clients could bet on its result and the least amount of pressure or force needed to train a dog with this.Don't go for the cheap Chinese prong collar. Those are sure to hurt your pup. Invest in a good tool and it'll make your and your puppers life much happier and easier..Thank me later..P.S. Before using the tool learn how to use it. There are tons of videos on YT.
