The first time I used this item, the cutter would not cut through the very thin dough. When I added slight pressure, the handle bent and broke away from the cutter. I would give it a zero rating but that is not an option. Do t waste your money

I needed a way to easily cut 12mm squares for communion bread that would fit in a standard plastic communion cup for the double cup method of serving the bread and wine at the same time. This tool turned out to be fairly easy to modify for that purpose. I reduced the diameter of four of the cutting disks to about half and placed these between pairs of the standard diameter disks. It works very well for the five cuts at 12mm spacing. I did not try it before modification (nine cuts at 6mm spacing). I also removed flash from the circumference of the disks and from the square hole in the middle. The disks appear to be plated brass rather than stainless steel. This makes modification of the disks easier.

Bought this to cut my rice noodles, works good but seems like it doesn’t cut fully. Pushed harder thinking that I didn’t provide enough pressure and bent the top.

Just got it delivered this morning, and made some pasta for dinner😃 Quite easy to use & clean, high quality, time &effort saving. Would recommend this product to anyone who likes making noodles by himself👌
