My wife generally has a hard time getting comfortable when sleeping on her side, and this helps with that a lot. The key feature here is the "adjustable" nature of the pillow: you can remove up to two layers of foam. At full height, it was very uncomfortable for her, but at minimum height, it's perfect. This is a really well designed and thought out pillow system, I'm very pleased with it.

Which is where I have been using it to help give me a little arch support. I had surgery a few months ago and have not been able to sleep comfortably in my bed. But in the recliner with this behind my back is amazing. I would recommend to others.

I had surgery earlier in the year that put an implant in my back. It is kinda close to the surface to when I lay down on my back I get discomfort. I am also a bigger guy and have a pretty firm supportive bed. It can feel like I am sleeping on a board at times. So, I decided to give this a try to place under my back in the lumbar region to help put some cushion between me and the bed. At first it seemed like it was going to work but throughout the night I toss and turn and the pad ended up shifting around.I would wake up more sore using it than if I didn't use it. I also found that it is too wide. I think if it were a bit thinner it might works better for me. Just not sure. I tried using a combination of a pad here or two there with similar results.I also tend to sleep a lot on my sides. At first it seemed ok again but throughout the night just shifted around and I ended up more sore again in the morning. Finally, I just gave up using in and now I am not as sore as when using it. Granted, I am no better again but at least it isn't any worse like before.

Grabbed this when I hurt my back. It’s not comfortable: it’s more firm than I would like..It does not bend at all. It’s a very awkward shape.

The product itself is good. The 3 foam layers are good quality and the cover well made. I got the pillow because I have spinal stenosis. Many mornings my back hurts enough that it is initially difficult to walk. I was hoping these pillows would help a little by adjusting my back's alignment when I'm sleeping. Using all three pillows is way too much and made my back worse. Using just the blue top portion helped a night or two, but not enough. I tried using two layers, but, like three layers, it made things worse.If you need it to support your knees or ankles, it will work well. Others who want this for their back may have better luck than I did. I hope so. I will keep trying to use just the top section and see if it helps in the future.

I love how you can use this pillow multiply ways and adjustments to the different way to use it . It is easy to use and worth having as and option.

These 3 layer support pillows have an amazing variety of density and firmness and although the comfort may not be there for everyone (You'll need to try for yourself I'd say), the comfort with using this for myself on a medium firm mattress with a pillow top on it for softness, this allows my knees and hips and spine to line up better while I'm sleeping. Now I used to toss and turn and wake up all the time in back pain and sometimes I still do, especially if I kick this support pillow out from between my legs and whatnot.I'm a bit of a rough sleeper at times so there's that. But the pillows are really well made and durable and I've got no qualms with that. they work well, but it's depending on your body and your needs and you won't be able to tell if it works for you just from the product page. You may think it will but then it's just a little bit off.Do I recommend? Generally speaking, YES. But don't say I told you it was great and then say I lied. Because each human body is different.
