22AWG solid wire
Extension cable contains 17 tinned copper stranded wires and high quality PVC plastic wire sleeve.
Small tool
Small tool can be used to pry open the strip end of the connector, which is more convenient.
Upgraded connector
The upgraded connector does not distinguish between waterproof and non-waterproof light strips, both are suitable.
NOTE:
- Make sure your LED light strip is 10mm width 4 pin RGB strip light. It is work for waterproof and non-waterproof led strip lights.
- Ensure your Wire Diameter is within range 20AWG-22AWG /0.34~0.75 mm2 and without stripping wire.
Installation Guides
Strip End
- Ensure your LED light strip is 10mm width and has 4 contacts (+, B, R, G). All contacts are clean and cut the strip straightly.
- Open the transparent cover of connector up to 45 degrees.
- Peel off the 3M tape around the cutting line area on the back of the LED strip, then insert the LED light strip into strip side, with the 4 contacts of the LED strip sitting on the 4 pins of the clasp.
- Close the clasp down with force by pliers.
Wire End
- Cut the desired wire length you need and separated the 4 wires (20-22AWG) around connection part.
- Insert wires into the connector guide slot; Make sure that positive & negative on the strip light surface are corresponding to correct wires.
- Close the transparent cap with a pliers until it is fully seated on both sides of the bottom base. Ensure the metal joint pierces through the wire insulation. (Note: No stripping wires. Positive wire is matched to "+" input power mark on the strip light surface)

Works as expect. Bought to connect led light strips on shelf’s. Easy connection and works. Ensure the connections are closed completely to ensure good connection.

I thought this was going to be the answer to my prayers, because all the other LED solderless connectors I’ve purchased over the years are weak and flimsy. These looked fantastic and appeared to be very clever solution. The only positive I have to say is the grip on the strip is phenomenal. If it worked for me, I would have been a convert singing their praises from the mountaintop, but alas, I sent them back.I was using the “Feit Chasing Light Strip†(from Costco). I cut all my pieces accordingly, snapped all of the connectors together, cut the wires, and then was hoping to magic to ensue… nada. I saw a dim flicker on the section of strip, so there must have been some sort of connection happening, but it simply didn’t work. None of them did. I painfully disconnected the strips from the connectors, flipped them around (the instructional pictures have them both ways, it’s dumb— go pressure lock down, where the pressure lock rests against the sticky backing). I reseated everything, tried again. Nothing. Based on a review, even though it says it works with waterproof strips, I cut the waterproofing section away hoping connection would take place. Nothing. I swapped cables. Nothing. After nearly ruining my strips; I opted to solder… that works flawlessly.Steer clear of this trash. If it works for you, great, but I think they’re bad

The lights I was using are for outdoors and have a good waterproof covering, so it makes it kinda tuff to get a good connection.

I purchased these connectors for my 6 pin LED strip lighting and they worked like a champ!! I’m very proficient at soldering but I could not imagine stripping six 22 awg wire fluxing and tinning each one, doing the same for the six pads on the LED strip and soldering each one individually in tight spots….heck no! I gave these a shot and it helped out immensely!!!One side of the connector is for the wiring and there’s six barrels for the six wires. You stuff the wires in the barrel until they’re bottomed out and you push down and the teeth inside prices the wiring and two side notches on the connector body locks it down. For the LED side there are teeth that bite into the copper pads so it’s a little bit trickier.I started by cutting my LED strip copper pads down the middle as well as you can. Some of my cuts were off and I had a little bit of pad to work with but I still made it work. The key is to line it up on the pads as best as you can, put a little pressure on the top portion of the connector so that the teeth can make a slight imprint on the pads without clamping it shut. This allows you to adjust where your teeth fall on the pads without completely close the top half. Once you are satisfied with your position, clamp it down gently with some pliers and you should be good to go. I had 10 connectors and I did all 10 without any rework.I strung out 32 feet of LED with these connectors and I have no issues. Now if one accidentally closes on you (happened to me) or if you have to rework one, I used the small screwdriver included in the kit and pressed in the locking features on the side as best as I could and used the little screwdriver to pry the connector open. Highly recommend!

These do work, but I found them a little tough to penetrate and it requires a pair of pliers to make sure you make a good connection while pressing down, but they are the five wire clips.

Worked as advertised, but wish it had a 6 hard pin end clip as well. Would make this product even better. Clips were easy to install, and extended the area without any issues. Great product.
