Everyone, if you haven't already seen from the other reviews, pay attention to who the seller is when you order this item. If you purchase from Fumoto themselves you will receive the plastic fittings.If you order from Industrial Tech Supply you will receive the brass fittings. Most prefer brass but the choice is yours.Both items are as described and work well. The hose you receive from Fumoto is a bit more pliable in cold weather but the Industrial Tech Supply should work fine in most conditions.

Great item to pair with your fumoto valve. Would highly recommend. Helps to make oil changes quicker and a lot less messy.

I lost my last hose so I bought a new one. The new ones come with brass hose fittings that are significantly nicer than the plastic ones that it used to come with! Works great and I didn't spill a drop!

My order was fulfilled by Industrial Tec Supply.What turned up was Brass Adapters rather than the white plastic shown. A note accompanied it stating that they have upgraded them from the plastic.They took care of the one & only issue I ever had with the plastic adapters in that they eventually did crack. These brass adapters should never need replacing and serve for a life-time of oil changes.Highly Recommend purchasing these.

My newest purchase doesn’t have brass connectors. Those were awesome but now it’s back to the white plastic ones.

Company upgraded to brass which is great. The cheap plastic ones don’t work well. Nice job!!!

Dude, was not expecting such an upgraded fitting. My dog found, and subsequently chewed up the original plastic white nipple. I ordered these expecting the same thing but, by god, they’re brass now! I couldn’t be happier with this upgrade. Feels much more intentional and obviously the longevity is no longer a concern.I recommended Fumoto to everybody before this, and will continue to do so with this upgrade.

Update: first oil change and it went very smoothly. Makes changing oil super easy! Only down side is that the tubes are curved and will probably take time to straighten out. Other than that, no complaints!Fits perfectly, the plastic connectors just clicks on. Tubing can be easily attached to end of plastic connectors.I haven't changed oil with this yet, but will update when I do. My concern is the tubing, if it could handle hot oil. I have two cars now with fumoto drain plugs with the "s" - short, tip. Double the opportunity to use this and see how it will work.
