One of the fans on my 5 year old Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti G1 Gaming stopped working which created hotspots on the graphics card when running games. Purchased this replacement set of fans and it took me and my son about an hour to replace all three fans on the card with these new ones. The new fans are even quieter and more sturdy than the original fans, they have a very solid feel to them. The GPU is now working normally once again. We put the fixed graphics card through a torture text benchmark for an hour and the temperatures were normal and the card ran quiet and cool. This was a great purchase and I would buy it again. Hope this helps someone.

Great replacements! I did a 970 g1 with it but the 970 uses 3 pin connectors (non pwm, these are pwm fans) so I had to remove the wires from the old connector and use the ground, 12v and sense wire from this kit with the old connector but it worked great. Pro tip, the 4 wire and 3 wire connectors are opposites. The left pin (when looking at the female on board with notch down) is ground on the 3 pin, then 12v, then sense. On the 4 pin, the right pin is ground, then 12v, sense and pwm on the left.

Had fan going out on my boys GTX 1080 in their gaming PC. Replaced all 3 fans with this and has been running without issue since. Great value. Easy fix.

They fit and work but the bearings are not strong enough and after 6 months of use it’s impossible to not hear the bearings luckily I didn’t need the fans I though my original ones were going out but it was my hard drive sounded like it was my fan because of how my hard drives are under my gpu but that’s not the case they were fine it but I figured that out after I had installed them so I though you know what it’s not going to hurt it newer fans could only help well it’s gotten to the point where I had to reinstall my old fans I couldn’t take the noise anymore it was a horrid grinding noise when ever they ramped up to a certain point they get fresh air so it’s not like I’m starving it of air and it has to work harder no it has air just don’t buy them if your fans are going out go somewhere else

Everything works but one of the fans has an audible not quite grinding sound when it is idle so i replaced it with one of my original fans that was still working and now my card is nice and quiet. I bought these because one of the original fans died.

I replaced my fans because one of them was going and making a grinding sound on spin up (and if you know gigabyte you know the card loves to rev them every 2 seconds).These fans are much quieter than the originals and work great.

They're smaller than my Sapphire 7970 GHz edition fans, but still do the job. Quieter and keep the card cooler!Something weird is that my software doesn't show the fans RPM anymore, but who cares, my card is cooler now, even under load!And I have one spare. :) Love it!UPDATE: 3/10/2019:One of the fans is screeeeeching and I'll have to replace it. Too soon to fail, it's been only 5 months.I was hoping to last longer.Knocking stars off.

Lüfter passen plug and play in die Grafikkarte. Man sollte sich vor dem Tausch noch eine Tube Wärmeleitpaste besorgen, da man den Kühler zum Tausch abnehmen muss. Somit tut man der Grafikkarte gleich noch einen zusätzlichen Gefallen. Würde ich wieder kaufen :-)

A bit fiddly if you have big hands, painful even but they work flawlessly and silently, used to replace 2 fans on a 980ti, just disconnect the chosen fan out of the pack and on the gpu, the little square plastic bits, they're difficult to part but thats how its done.
