The difference between these and the cheap cables that came with the bike are night and day. One of the best upgrades i could have made for the money.

Wow. These are great! Usually cables are prone to fraying once cut, but these nearly don't fray at all. The strands kind of stay together for the most part due to the polishing process. Even securing the cable to the calipers had a bit of a surprise. I wasn't paying much attention to what I was doing and ended up over-tightening the pinch-bolt onto the cable but the cable barely deformed at all.They feel slick even though there isn't any coating applied to them. They work very well as brake cables. I also like the slight goldish hue to them.I don't foresee myself ever going back to non-polished cables at this point. The higher cost of these is still in the affordable range and it's worthwhile. These might actually last longer stretching wise as well since the strands of cable seem to be firmly 'polished' together.

I am so stupid to assume this was the purchase of only one wire for $13. I mean, come on, their whole brake kit is only 20 something. Otherwise, it’s a huge upgrade. The difference between this and the stick wire is night and day.
