holes are too big and allow light to hit most of the pod/soil and therefore it still allowed algae to show back up on top of pods i used these on..one of my pics shows how big holes are and how much soil shows…i ended up ridden of algae (only had to trimmed if off), putting new ones of these back on but, as shown in my other pic, this time i cut the little circle in half that are leftover on sheets and used those to cover more of the soil for now...no algae has grown back on these since. these, unlike previous ones that came in one of my hydroponics kits, stick to pod basket tops very well and haven’t popped back off on me.. these would be great if hole was more like the size of the aero garden ones and they would be perfect if they actually had the cut outs in them so sprouts/leaves can pop out on their own when growing.. since they don’t you do need to pay attention to that part if you use these from beginning otherwise your growing seedling will stick to bottoms of these and die off.. given the lack of choices in pod/basket stickers covers (can’t call them labels for you really can write on them), these do the job in the end..

They are thin and difficult to remove from backing, and the hole is a bit large, but nice and sticky and work well enough to accomplish what they should.

Work well as replacement labels for Aerogarden and other compatiblehydroponics setups. I like that they are attachable without a hot iron orother heat source (Aerogarden labels are wax affixed). Don't likethat the entire surface is glue that takes a while to dry. Lost a few leaveson sprouts to getting stuck to the glue. Optimal would be glue only onthe part that sticks to the pod but I suspect that this would be too costlyto mass produce.
