The product works great. Cooked dumplings well. Just wish it had a general cook time option. You have to pick based off the preset settings which was hard to find the option that would work for my dumplings. Also wish it was dishwasher safe for easier clean up.

I bought this steamer two weeks ago, have been using it regularly like three times a week. The reason I bought this steamer is that its size is just right for my family (4-6 people). Others on the market are either too small or too big or too expensive. This is the right size and acceptable price. It's been very easy and convenient. I do not need to carefully watch it when steaming buns. Just need to press a button and the steamer will do it all. I hope it could last long. So far so good.

Beware that the inner side of the rolled edge of the pot is very dirty. Need a thorough cleaning.

I bought this because I needed the steamer. I thought it was made in Asia. It is really bad quality lightweight sometime when you stare. It feels like it’s coming off the stains leave at the bottom the buttons when it received none of the buttons were working, although I got my money back, but I don’t recommend it.
It is the best choice I could choose!
