I love the large capacity. I holds 10 pieces of chicken. Very durable. Priced right. Easy to clean and store. It's easy to use. Only down fall is that it doesn't seal so a little flour comes out when you shake it.

Does not secure closed like other breaders I have used in the past, used one time and the inner platic sifter has already broke. leaked breading out when shacking

not a great design as the plastic top and bottom are not sealed very tightly resulting in flour, breading and egg batter escaping and getting onto my prep table.

This product works very well for putting on dry coating on large amounts of fish fillets, putting it on evenly and quickly. Did not need near as much coating using this device.

This does not close securely. In fact the lid is simply placed on top of the rack. It does not close 100% or lock in place. You have to hold the top and bottom handle on each side to keep the lid somewhat closed. Once you turn it over and shake you will have flour all over your countertops and kitchen. I would not recommend. A plastic take out container can do a better job with less mess. If I can return this after using it on food I will.
