Bought this for dedicated kitchen shears. They are great, sharp. The only con: the handle holes are rather small, and I have small hands, so it makes them a little difficult to handle.

I have a set of farberware knives that came with a scissor like this but my new knives have white handles so need new one to match and search lead me to this. They look well made and pretty much same build as old with stainless steel food grade blades. I think the well be fine but really never used them much not into whole chickens anymore.

I already have a great pair of scissors. However, this one has the ability to be used in three different ways. It can be used as regular scissors, it can open bottle caps, it can also twist off caps. The construction is good.
