Your cart is empty.The cobra quickset is a new and innovative version of the Knipex Cobra – same proven gripping ability with an even faster adjustment on the workpiece. The cobra quickset is available in 10" and 12" to work on a wider variety of applications. Simply open the jaws all the way, place the top jaw on the workpiece, slide the lower jaws up to the workpiece and squeeze the handles together to engage the pliers. The pliers will lock at the precise setting until you are ready to reset it in a new position. It's that easy; push, open, slide up and stays set.

Skookum as frig!These are top of the line 'channel lock' pliers. easy to use, incredible grip, long lasting, forged and machined, perfectly engineered, slim profile fits in all spaces.better than most pipe wrenches. seriously.I can't recommend them enough.the only downside is that they will 'find legs and walk away' if you dont look after them. maintenance dept (and everyone else) will steal them if you leave em layin around.they work as pliers sure, but they also work as a wrench in a pinch. better yet tho they work as a straight up pipe wrench and out perform most of the pipe wrenches you can find at home centers in the us.

They don't adjust nearly as conveniently as hoped and the range for each notch is very small, but there are an impressive number of notches and the pliers grab far tighter than any other channel lock type pliers that I have ever had. They are also lighter and more well built (rigid) than other types of channel locks.

I own the cobra pliers and a set of the plier wrenches. They are both great products but when I am wearing gloves it can be difficult to push the button to adjust them, especially with the plier wrenches. These are so incredibly easy to adjust. I was shocked to see that I could even adjust them with one hand. As a refrigeration mechanic, many times I need them when I am in a tough spot. One hand adjustment and easier to use with gloves on means so much to me. The only drawback, and it is a tiny one, is that if you are working on one piece for a while and you put the quick set pliers in your pocket, they tend to adjust their size smaller while in your back pocket. That is a rare problem which to me is just part of any new feature. They are expensive, and if you don't change sizes often the originals may be for you. I love all of Knipex's products, but these are the ones I carry in my back pocket all day, everyday at work.

Knipex un nome una garanzia, tutti le chiavi Knipex sono una garanzia che dura nel tempo, è vero costa un pò di più rispetto ad altri marchi, ma dura tre volte tanto , la sua elasticita la rende molto comada e pratica da utilizzare la parte del mordente è molto resistente ed offre un grip come nessun altra marca , sono 39 Anni che adopero pappagalli per lavoro, e negli Anni ne usati a decine ma come i Knipex non ce ne sono, oramai saranno 20 Anni che li uso con grande sodisfazione.Servizio Amazon impeccabile come sempre..
