My toilet was leaking. I know nothing about plumbing. I research this product, was a super easy install, literally save myself hundreds of dollars in plumbing costs. Did this myself, very proud of myself. This was a no-brainer. This is a 100% perfect by for someone who has no experience in this type of stuff.

Had to replace the flapper in the toilet, this worked perfectly, has fitment for a variety of toilets, and is adjustable for each different model toilet, followed the instructions worked perfectly, and fixed the problem. Very nice unit.

The Fluidmaster 502P21 PerforMAX Toilet Flapper is a great fix for running toilets. The adjustable dial helps control water flow, which saves both water and money. It was easy to install and fits my 2-inch flush valve perfectly. I also like that it's made with durable, corrosion-resistant materials.The only downside is that the chain was too short to reach my handle arm. I had to use the old chain to make it work, which added some extra time to the installation. Other than that, it’s a solid product and works really well.

Ordered and installed 2 of these due to sticking flappers. No issues with these replacements whatsoever.Make sure to wipe the drain hole in the tank with a paper towel in order to remove any debris or build up that may be causing the flapper not to lay flat and get a good seal.I adjusted the chain by eye before installing it in the tank, so I only had to make minor adjustments to it once installed.The instructions say to shut the supply line off each time you are making adjustments to the new flapper, but I found the replacement process is quick enough that that isn't necessary.The only thing that I didn't bother with and is a bit confusing is the optional adjustments on this flapper. The instructions could be clearer, but it seems like they are trying to squeeze too much into the limited space. Using the default settings, my toilets are flushing as expected and just like they were with the prior flappers, except no sticking or leaks.

I literally never write reviews but I just bought my first place and the toilet was leaking so bad I had to shut the water off. I bought 2 different flaps before this that didn't fit or also leaked. This one popped right on no problem and works perfectly I'm so happy!! I'm going to start walking around with a plumbers crack now! I think the weight of it makes all the difference it's a dream. I have an Orion toilet - idk if that helps. But this one!!

The chain is short and needs to be longer. I had to add chain from the flappers that I removed.

Tried a fluid master brand and tossed it in the garbage because it would not close once opened. Replaced with this. Happy I did.Good- very easy install- seems to be good quality not rubber- comes with metal chain instead of cheap plastic chain like the fluid maste- chain length was more than long enough unlike the fluid master.- flapper goes down easy unlike the fluid master that would get stuck in the upright position and kept the water running.- water level can be adjustedBad- my bad was not buying this soonerUgly- wasted money on Fluid Master

I was not able to get the flapper locally so I decided to order this from Amazon. I was surprised it was a much better model than what I could get locally and solved my water dripping issue.

Quick & Easy installation, no more leak or funny noise from toilet tank. Hopefully these are as durable as advertised. Been using this product since Sept 2024, is now almost the end of yr, still no issue whatsoever, is working fine.
