Terrific replacement to solve a slow leak in our Toto Drake II toilet. This flapper fit exactly and is actually of much better quality than the original one that came with the toilet. It even has a Toto branding, not Korky, so Toto must use this manufacturer for this particular part on their toilets. I'm a DIY kind of guy, so installing a toilet is an easy job and replacing a flapper no problem at all. But getting the right one presented an issue. The Toto part number for the original flapper, as specified in the parts list that came with the toilet just two and one-half years ago, was no longer available or even recognized on the Toto website. Thanks to another review here on Amazon, but for a different toilet model, I took a chance that this flapper would fit. First, I noticed that the flapper does have a slightly oversized sealing surface, which the original gray flapper did not. That was important. Maybe the rubber-like material hardens over time, but the old gray flapper was stiffer, and that probably lead to it not making a good seal. This one is softer and much more flexible. The packaging is good so that there was no distortion of product and material memory that would have prevented it from sealing flat. The chain is quite long; I had to move the clip down a lot to adjust for proper flapper lift. My older one-piece Toto Ultramax II toilet that I installed in 2012 still has its original flapper. It is never leaked and is now a light pink color. I suspect it was one of these red Korky flappers. Anyway, after seeing and installing the new Korky 2021BP on the Drake II toilet, and having no more leaks, I ordered an extra Korky flapper to have on hand when the second toilet needs a repair. Good product.

I have the model that this says it is compliant with and sure enough, it works great! My toilet is again running great.

Finally found one that works! This is the second Korky flapper I purchased to replace the original on my TOTO that had deteriorated after 11 years. The first replacement I purchased was the red Korky 2021BP G-Max. It seemed to fit okay, but still leaked. Pressing on the outside of the flapper would stop the leak, but can't do that every time. The red one is even stamped TOTO on the top, so maybe they are the OEM? But it leaks. This Korky 2022BP seems to work. I did have to swap chains from the red one to the blue one, because the chain that comes with it is too short. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.In comparing the 2021BP (red) to the 2022BP (blue), I see the bulb is a little bigger on the blue, and there is a plastic insert that fits around the opening of the bulb, to keep it from collapsing. Also maybe the rubber is softer? At least it feels like it, probably my imagination.

I have one of those horrible TOTO toilets (model # CST 854) and the ring on the flapper (for the chain) recently ripped, making it unusable. Over the years I've learned that, among its many other faults, it can be hard to find a flapper that fits this toilet properly. Most of the "universal" flappers claim to fit this toilet (as it is the "standard" 3" size) but something I always have to relearn every time I replace the flapper is that while they might fit it, they DO NOT SEAL.I recently wasted $12 and way too much time re-learning this lesson with the . This was actually the flapper that Korky's website recommended for my model (hopefully they've changed this). Instead of wasting my time using their stupid replacement part locator database (which was totally WRONG) I wish I'd just come to Amazon in the first place because I was able to find the right flapper way faster by searching the reviews and community questions (just search the reviews for your model #).BTW I didn't know I had the wrong flapper right away. What drives me crazy is the universal flappers will fit, but you need to make sure they actually SEAL. I'm sure this is a no-brainer for people that are familiar with fixing toilets, but if you just replaced your flapper and the toilet keeps running (i.e. you keep hearing the water pipes randomly turning on for seemingly no reason throughout the day), it probably means the flapper isn't sealing. You can find out for sure whether it's sealing by opening the tank. Make a note of exactly where the water goes up to. Then turn off the water to the toilet. If the tank slowly drains, that means the flapper isn't sealing. Like I said, this is probably a no-brainer for many people but I actually paid a plumber over a $100 one time to fix my "randomly running" toilet due this stupid flapper issue years ago--only I didn't know it was the flapper I'd just replaced (I realize now all he did was buy a new one!).Oh also, this particular flapper comes with a short chain (probably only half the length of that other Korky flapper I bought). It worked out perfectly for me, but you might want to hold onto your old chain until you know for sure you don't need it. Another thing is, I ordered this on Friday afternoon and it arrived around noon on Sunday, so while it's not as fast as running out to Home Depot, at least I knew for sure I was getting the right part!

I ordered five of these flappers back in late 2015 to replace all of the original Toto flappers in my home's five toilets and they worked smoothly right out of the box. The installation was super easy and sealed very well. I even installed new fill valves (Korky 528MP MaxPerformance Fill Valve) and they work perfectly together.Incidentally, one of the flappers began to wear our prematurely in my master bedroom last week and it would occasionally cause the tank to endlessly drain water until the handle was re-wiggled. Troubleshooted the issue to be the unreliable seal on this one particular flapper, all the others seem to still hold up pretty well after 4 years. I figured it must be a fluke and was still happy with the brand, so I decided to try out their warranty.I emailed Korky about this issue and see if they were willing to help me replace one of them, and lo and behold, Maribel responded and was a delight to work with. She went above and beyond, and makes me feel happy to do business with a solid brand that is proudly Made in the USA with a strong commitment to customer service and loyalty. I will be a lifetime customer. Thanks!

Perfect replacement for my Toto toilet. Installed in seconds, perfect seal, zero complaints. I have also used the Korky adjustable flush/floater kit, as well as the foam and rubber replacement for the wax ring (amazing!) and all items have worked first time every time and have not failed. Spend the extra few dollars on a Korky product and be done with that toilet project/issue once and for all.

I was reluctant to purchase this because while it is supposed to be compatible with a Toto toilet, it is not a genuine Toto replacement part. It was very easy to install and so far works perfectly. Much easier and cheaper than calling a plumber.
