Installation steps:
1. Close the water in the toilet and empty the water tank. Remove the damaged baffle seal.
2. Connect the new silicone flapper seal to the flushing valve. Lower the baffle plate to confirm that it is firmly seated on the flushing valve and completely covered.
3. Press the handle to check its feeling, and adjust the chain as required until it can be washed normally.

Noticed water running in the toilet bowl constantly and occasionally you could hear the tank fill. Cleaned surface of original flapper seal gaskets with no difference. Ordered these replacements which arrived the next day. Very easy to remove the old gaskets and install these replacements. They fit perfectly and appear to be exact match, look, fit and quality of the originals. Not only did I save on having someone repair this for me, I'm saving big time on water as these did the trick and no more leaks or running water. Great value for the money.

This toilet is just over 2 years old. We couldn’t find parts. We thought these might work. Watched UTube video. They fit well and stopped the leak, above all it was inexpensive, no plumber needed.

Toilet kept running and leaking and running. When I turned off the water the tank would drain within 10 minutes. Searched everywhere for this gasket and was seeing it $20+ from hardware stores. Took a few weeks to get this one shipped in and I popped the old one off and put this one in. Problem instantly solved.That was about 5 months ago and still holding up. Was worried it would start leaking quickly. Still time for that to happen but so far so good!
