Works well but could be more flexible as to where the arm moves to.

Installation & assembly were very difficult, I had to return it.

For the laptop you can swivel the panel facing you so the laptop stands straight up-down, and sits flat like on a desk. But there's no way to adjust the rotation as it faces you. (Adjusts on x-axis, not on y-axis). This means that my mount which has a ~5-degree off center alignment has no way for the screen of the laptop to be aligned. I've wedged a wood 1/2 inch wood-block under the left-side bottom bracket so that the screen looks level.

I've tried a number of different clamp on mounts for my laptop and portable monitor screens, but there are a number of issues that arise, primarily sagging and loosening over time. It has been my experience that this is not an issue with this mount. It was easy to set up and features strong metal and a tight clamping mechanism. The gas spring arm can be tight and a little tricky to adjust. It is also on the larger side, but I will take this compromise if it means no wobbling and no sagging which has thus far not been an issue!
